1. Contact

2. Data stored only on your device

Data created in the app’s core business tools — such as clients, offers, catalogue items, work orders, service records, photos and local settings — is generally stored locally on your device. OfferPro does not automatically upload it to its server. You create and share backups only when you initiate that action.

3. OfferPro Team data

When you use OfferPro Team, the following data is processed to provide sign-in, synchronization and collaboration through Google Firebase:

• name, email address and Firebase user identifier;
• workspace name, membership and team role;
• invitations, team tasks, statuses, comments and activity records;
• offers you intentionally share with a Team workspace.

4. Purchases

Pro purchases are processed by Google Play. OfferPro receives only the information needed to verify access to purchased features and does not receive or store your payment card number.

5. Crash reports

A crash report is sent only after you confirm it. It may contain technical error and device information, but the app intentionally does not attach your clients, offers, photos or backups.

6. Sharing and service providers

Data is not sold. Google Play and Google Firebase are used to operate relevant features. Data may be disclosed where legally required or necessary for service security.

7. Retention and deletion

Local data can be removed inside the app or by uninstalling it, except for copies you exported yourself. You can request deletion of your Team account in the app or on the account deletion page.

Account data and the personal profile are deleted after the request is verified. Shared business records created by team members may remain available to the workspace for business continuity, while personal identifiers are removed or anonymized where applicable. Data required by law is retained only for the necessary period.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data by emailing smartwired7@gmail.com.

9. Children

OfferPro is a business tool and is not intended for children.

10. Changes

An updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
