Delete your OfferPro Team account

Submit a request in the app or by email. Deleting the Team account does not affect your Google Play app purchase.

Fastest option: in the app

Open OfferPro and sign in to OfferPro Team.
Open Team account settings.
Select Request account deletion.
Confirm your password and submit.

If you own a workspace, transfer ownership to another active member first. This action is not restricted to Pro users.

Send the message from the email address associated with your Team account and use “Delete OfferPro account” as the subject.

Data that is deleted

your Firebase sign-in account and personal Team profile;
active memberships and personal identifiers associated with the account;
invitations sent to your email that are no longer needed.

Data that may remain

Shared tasks, comments, activity records and shared offers may remain in the workspace for other members’ business continuity. Where applicable, your name, email and other personal identifiers are removed or anonymized. Data required by law is retained only for the necessary period.

Delete data without deleting your account

You can delete individual offers, clients, projects and other records directly in the app. To request deletion of specific data that you cannot remove yourself, email us from the address associated with your account and clearly identify the data you want removed.

Local phone data

Deleting a Team account does not automatically remove offers, clients or other data stored locally on the device. Remove it in the app or by clearing app data/uninstalling. Exported backups must be deleted from their saved location.
